Online Coaching is the most feasible option for you to improve your overall athletic performance if you cannot commit to private sessions.
Monthly programs will be designed based on your specific performance goals/needs. To ensure the effectiveness of your program, a consultation will be scheduled within each training block to outline the nuances of the program and address any potential pain points in your training.
Private sessions are for serious athletes that are looking for individualised attention that might not be possible within a team setting.
Individualised training programs that focus on building your athletic base of strength, speed, power and agility as well as reducing injury risks.
Semi-private sessions are for athletes that train best with a partner or in a group.
Each session has a maximum of 4 athletes – allowing adequate attention to meet the specific needs of each athlete.
